How has being in the Bridgeland High School Band changed you as a person?

I have gained shapely calves, I have gained increased strength and endurance, I have gained very defined tan lines, and I have gained perseverance and resilience.

How has band helped prepare you for life after high school?

Band has helped prepare me by enhancing my time management skills. Due to how much time band takes in my schedule, I have been forced to become more efficient in completing my homework/schoolwork, which means that I have a lot more free time whenever marching season ends. It has also given me experience in leadership and in teaching others.

Why do you believe programs like this deserve financial support from the community and businesses?

We are teenagers and we are still growing (most of us). We are hungry. It costs a lot of money to feed us.
